We are pleased to invite you hereby to take part in the Press Conferences by Gazprom top management, to be held on the threshold of the Company’s Annual General Shareholders Meeting.

The Press Conferences to be taking place from June 14 till June 29 are as follows:

June 14 - Mineral and Raw Material Base Development. Gas Production. Gas Transmission System Development.

June 25 – Gas Export. Export Routes and Supplied Products Diversification.

The meeting has been rescheduled from 11am and will commence at 3pm.

All the Press Conferences will commence at 11am Moscow time

The Press Conferences will be held at the Gazprom Headquarters at the following address: 16 Nametkina Street, CD Building, Room 332. The June 19 Press Conference will take place in the Conference Hall, CD Building (1st Floor).

Travel route: ride the 1st car of the train going from downtown to the Noviye Cheryomushki subway station, then take a №60 trolley to the Novocheryomushkinskaya Ulitsa bus stop. Admittance to the building will be in accordance with the accreditation lists. All visitors must bear the editorial IDs or passports.

June 29 – the Gazprom Annual General Shareholders Meeting will be followed by the final Press Conference involving a Gazprom Board of Directors Chairman and a Gazprom Management Committee Chairman.

Live broadcasts of the Press Conferences by Gazprom top management will be available over the Internet from June 13 till June 29 at www.gazpromvideo.ru (only in Russian), with the Report by the Gazprom Management Committee Chairman Alexey Miller and the final Press Conference to be webcast on June 29.
