FIBER GLASS HEAT-INSULATING ITEMS (MATS AND PLATES)
Heat-insulating items based on staple fiber glass represent modern heat-insulating and sound-proof materials and are produced in the proprietary polyethylene thermocontractable packing in the form of flexible mats (M) and soft and semi-rigid plates (P), that enables to use the items in building structures of any shape and form.
Field of application:
- insulation of flat roofs, inter-floor laps (M-15, P-20)
- insulation of interior partitions and frame panels (M-15, P-20)
- insulation of external walls of one-two-storied buildings, steep roofs (P-20)
- insulation of external walls of many-storied buildings (P-30, P-45)
- insulation of equipment and pipelines (M-15, P-20, P-30)
- impact noise sound-proofing (P-45)
Main advantages: flexibility, high elasticity, compression and extension strength, incombustibility, high bio- and chemical resistance, low heat conductivity, temperature resistance (from -60°C to +180°C), good sound-proofing.
Application of heat-insulating materials will allow:

ALUMINIUM AND GLASS CONSTRUCTIONS
Production's main characteristics – big transparent capacity, air tightness and water resistance, durability, heat- and sound-insulation.
Products are manufactured in accordance with nomenclature and individual projects designed both for completing separate doorways and band-glazing unit.
The products made of aluminium profiles, have atmosphere-resistance coat, painted with powder enamel of different colours.
According to airtightness data, the products of the system can be applied in any climate zone of Russia at building of one or two-stored constructions of various purposes: from residential buildings to industrial objects, schools, health protection objects, cultural and sports constructions.
Glass packs are manufactured from high quality glass. In order to improve heat and sound insulation characteristics, the inner chamber can be filled with argon – the inert gas.
In enclosing structures along with glass-packs a 6 mm single glass or a 25; 28 mm "Sandwich" panel can be installed. All the structures are equipped with ROTO FRANK accessories.
Balcony enclosures made of aluminium profiles help to make your balconies and loggies comfortable and convenient, to protect from noise and dust, and to improve room insulation. The plant manufactures balcony enclosures with both plowing and sliding doors. The enclosures are made in accordance with customer’s specific dimensions.
METALLIC WARM- AND SOUNDPROOFING DOORS
Metallic doors with heat-insulation can be manufactured in both blind and glass variants. By agreement with a customer it is possible to make non-standard doors and also to paint them automatically with powder enamel. Edging material – 0,6-1 mm thick galvanized steel sheet. The door-frame is made of 2 mm steel. Warm-and sound proofing agent is wool of staple glass fiber, which is fixed to the edging with polyurithane glue.

BLOCK MOBILE BUILDING (B-6; B-9; B-12)
Block-boxes are aimed for erection of production buildings, used in various branches of industry.
Made in the form of thermocontainer block-box provides climate stability both for operating personnel and for equipment placed in it. It is protected against breaking in and robbery. Block-boxes are manufactured both serially and under an individual order.
The building structure is designed for operation in the areas of cold and temperate climate in accordance with GOST 16350-80 with design outdoor temperature up to -50°C, normal snow load up to 200 kgf/m2 and seismicity up to 9 points.
The basic complete set of block-box consists of:
- cable input, cable duct, incorporated units for floor cupboards, table;
- board with power switching equipment;
- air duct;
- oil heater – 1 piece;
- fire-extinguisher;
- first-aid set;
- rack;
- working table and lighting (electric luminaire, switch);
- open wiring socket – 2 pcs.;
- pocket for documents;
- block-box door, equipped with door-knobs and hasp lock.
The building foundations are designed for technological load up to 800 kgf/m2. The buildings are used for all production categories.
The block is used as a detached box and in the structure of building, joining both at short and long sides.
The buildings are manufactured from blocks on foundation prepared.
Block-boxes are delivered to the destination site completely prefabricated.
Block-box has a cross-section to the maximum close to outline of load size to a railway platform.
