Completely corrosion-free

PE-pipes are corrosion resistant to all kinds of grounds and to majority of all transportable substances, including chemically aggressive ones (acids, alkalis etc.).

Environment friendly

Pipe production and maintenance are environment friendly (Toxic dangerous matters, harmful for humans and environment are not being evolved during the process of pipe producing, welding and maintenance of pipelines).

Pipeline mounting simplicity

Pipe curve radius – not less than 10 external diameters. You will need less fasteners, pipeline design and construction gets easier. PE pipes are plastic, 3,5 – 4 times lighter than equivalent steel ones, they can be easily and safely welded at factory and field conditions; it is possible to produce and to transport on coils of 100 … 200 m; at less labour involvement. PE-pipes do not require complicated equipment as the steel ones do.

Safety, durability and low maintenance costs

Pipe maintenance temperature is from –50°C to +60°C. Smooth internal surface and lack of sediments provide PE-pipeline capacity, which is 25-30% higher compare to the steel one during all the life-time. If needed, (repair, reconstruction etc.) all parts of pipeline can be easily replaced.

By agreement, it is possible to produce bags and coils of other sizes, and also to complete bags according to the scheme "pipe in pipe". Pipes may be manufactured from customer‘s raw materials (customer's supply). Processing cost depends on size of order (min. set 10 tons.)

It is possible to produce pipes SDR 26, SDR 17, SDR 13,6, SDR 9 according to GOST 18599-2001.

Service life not less than 50 years. Warranty assurance of pipe storage before use not more than 2 years. Pipes should be stored in unheated storages or under shed.

Reinforced multi-layer pipe

 

Advantages of reinforced multi-layer pipes:

- range of application – transportation of various substances (gas, oil, water, acids, salt solutions, liquids containing firm parts), with working pressure from 2 to 19 MPa;
- pipe life time – 50 years with margin of safety coefficient - 3;
- pipes are corrosion-resistant; maintenance temperature from - 40°C to + 60°C;
- have 2,5 … 3 times less weight compare to equivalent steel pipes;
- pipes with external diameter to the 150 mm inclusive can be manufactured in coils;
- several methods of pipe connection are developed, including use of couplings with incorporated electric heaters, thread and flange sectional and one-piece joints.

Warranty assurance of pipe storage before use is not more than 2 years.

Pipes should be stored in unheated storages or under a shed.

Purpose – communication cable protection from external actions while laying into ground, in buildings, in cable sewage collectors.

- Pipes are manufactured by co extrusion method.
- Pipe maintenance temperature: - 50°C to + 65°C.
- Temperature - 120°C.
- Pipe curve radius: not less than 10 external diameters.
- Friction slip coefficient of pipe internal surface: 0,1.
- Warranty assurance of pipe storage before use is not more than 2 years.
- Pipes should be stored in unheated storages or under a shed.
- Pipes are connected with help of electric coupling.
