Open-еnd Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) "Factory of Block-Complete Units" was created in 1974 for the purpose of facilitating development of a complete-block method of construction that considerably reduces the time of civil and installation works when developing the West-Siberian oil and gas complex. At the present time the factory is one of the largest manufacturers of the given type of production.

SEWERAGE CLEANSING CONSTRUCTIONS
WATER HEATING STEEL BOILERS
Water heating boilers of KSV - 0,63 and KSV - 2,0 types are intended for heating and hot water supply of industrial and dwelling houses and constructions in closed systems of heat supply.
Areas of application are stationary heating boilers and automatic block boiler units.
AUTOMATIC BLOCK BOILER UNITS
Automatic block boiler units have a feed system of liquid and gas fuel to two and more boilers, and also universal automatics.
Automatic water- preparing unit makes processing of feeding water by softening and de-aeration of it.
Such processing of water allows not only to avoid scale depositing on the boiler’s surface of heating but also to prevent pipelines of heat supply system from corrosion of metal.
The equipment of water preparing system is selected according to actual composition of water used in a boiler unit. A water-preparing unit can be assembled in accordance with customer’s desire.
PUMPING STATIONS
The pumping stations are intended for economic-and-industrial and fire-prevention water supply of the objects of industrial and civil construction.
The pumping units are placed in block-boxes with the mounted systems of heating and lighting. The buildings are designed for operating in any climatic zones of Russia.
The pumping stations above artesian wells are intended for use in systems of water supply of compressor stations, main gas pipelines and other objects.
Capacity of a pumping station is accepted within:

UNITS FOR IRON REMOVAL
Units for iron removal of underground waters containing iron up to 10 mg/l for the economic-and-drinking purposes provided that the water by all parameters except for contents of iron meets the requirements of GOST 2761-84 "Potable water".
The unit is automatic, needing only temporary stay of the service personnel during starting-up, stopping, examining and adjusting the devices, fittings and equipment, and also washing the filter.
SEWERAGE CLEANSING CONSTRUCTIONS
Sewerage cleansing constructions (SCC) are intended for cleaning domestic and close to them by composition industrial waste water by various methods including complete oxidation with cleaning-up in filters; biological cleaning; biological cleaning with subsequent disinfection; biological cleaning with oxidizing and cleaning-up in filters.
DIESEL POWER STATIONS
Diesel power stations are intended for communication centres, boilers and other consumers in case of emergency as reserve sources of energy supply.
TRANSFORMER SUBSTATIONS
Transformer substations are intended for feeding power and lighting networks of dwelling settlements and objects of the industrial enterprises.
BLOCK SWITCHING CENTRES
Block switching centres RU**-6 (10) КV*** with small-sized cells K-104 are intended for energy supply of objects of the collection, transportation and preparation of petroleum, compressor stations of gas-lifted extraction of petroleum and transportation of gas, systems of maintaining bed’s pressure of deposits and water taking-ins.
