GTU-89ST-20. THE AVIATION ENGINE AL – 21F–3

The aviation engine AL–21F–3

The method of thermal and electric energy reception in gas-turbine unit GTU–89ST–20 with the engine AL–21F–3 on Gas-Turbine Energy Station GTES-72 was implemented. GTU–89ST-20 may be used as a basic or reserve power source, independently and in parallel with other sources of the electric power or a power system. The power turbine exhaust gases enter the exhaust-heat boiler. The temperature of a vapour-and-aqueous mixture at the output is 115°C. GTU–89ST–20 is created in cooperation with Joint Stock Company Trenkominvest, Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Engineering Manufacturing Firm Salut", Yamburggazdobycha Ltd. on the basis of the modernized aviation engine Al - 21-F3 and power turbine engine DC59 (D18Т).

The prototype model is accepted into operation by Gazprom interdepartmental commission and Department of Energy of the Russian Federation.

ANTICAVITATION THREE-STAGE LOCKING AND REGULATING VALVES VRL

Anticavitation three-stage locking and regulating valve VRLAnticavitation three-stage locking and regulating valve VRL

The valve is designed for liquid consumption regulation in automatic control systems for technological process of gas treatment for transport, for throttling of condensate flow, saturated absorbent, water methanol solution, disposed from technological devices.

Three-stage sequential throttle regulation of flow allows to decrease differential pressure on the adjusting element up to 1/3 of the general difference, eliminates cavitation, decreases noise and vibration level, increases regulating valve elements resistance to the cavitation and abrasive wear.

MULTICASSETTE RING GAUZE SEPARATION NOZZLE МКN–360.200.6

Multicassette ring gauze separation nozzle МКN–360.200.6

The completely demountable nozzle equipped with gas distribution device and differential collection and extraction of liquid throughout the height of separation layer is exclusive in this field.

Cleanup and washing are realized in field conditions without additional material costs. Continuous service life is not less than 5 years, if made of stainless steel - not less than 10 years.

The hose gauze performed cassettes for the first time were applied on the Yamburg field at a time of cenomanian CGTP (Complex Gas Treatment Plant) and valanzhin CGTP-1V absorber modernization.

Since 2002 it is completed with the cassettes made of straight knitted mesh, it allowed to improve strength and rigidity of nozzle and to lower its cost.

Economic benefits of device modernization with the usage of MKN and YGD – VNIIGAZ and company Zultser technologies is provided by more than two times economy of diethyleneglycol and a 10-30 % increase of device effective power and amounts up to 500 million rubles per a year on the fields of Yamburggazdobycha Ltd.

MKN were used in the international project of main Turkmenian gas dewatering station delivered to Russia in Zultser absorbers.

The nozzle construction and absorber modernization projects are patented.

FILM DISTRIBUTOR OF LIQUID

Design of liquid distribution device in heat-and-mass exchangers with performed packing is operated in regeneration column of natural gas dewatering absorbent and Yamburggazdobycha Ltd. successfully uses it on the producing Complex Gas Treatment Plant — 4 since 2003.

The distributor represents the device where gravity fed liquid from the common collector flows through replaceable drain connections to the distributing chutes, then through the drain holes overflows along the baffle plates to the trays, at the same time it spills over into the film of required geometry, and prepared liquid film now is getting to the corresponding structured nozzle.

This distributor is designed for plane-parallel nozzles with countercurrent and cross-precise vapour stream movement. Such devices provide reliable homogeneous distribution of liquid in conditions of contaminated medium in rectifying and absorption columns with liquid loadings from 1 m3/(m2*h) to 120 m3/(m2*h) and hydraulic friction not more than 1кPа.
