OAO Volgogradneftemash incorporates:
The main types of the Plant’ products cover pressure vessels, such as gas separators, reactors, coke chambers, absorbers, adsorbers, desorbers, columns, tanks, receivers, dust collectors and so on, including unit-complete configuration. Vessels are made of carbon, corrosion-resistant, stainless and high-temperature, single-and double-ply steels with a plate thickness of 4 mm to 260 mm and a diameter from 200 mm up to 12,000 mm.
Wide recognition has been won with operators by single and twinned-type heat exchangers of various modifications being fabricated by the plant. Fabrication of “Helix” type heat exchangers with helical baffles on the shell side has been mastered.
The plant has streamlined a full scale production of centrifugal pumps used in technological plants for handling petroleum products, oil, LPG and other fluids.
OAO “Volgogradneftemash” fabricates ball valves with a diameter of Dn 300, 700, 1000 mm intended for use as shut-off devices on above ground and underground gas transmission pipeline sections as well as at gas collection and treatment facilities of compressor and gate stations, and ball valves of smaller diameters Dn from 10 to 80 mm.
The plant also fabricates block-type smart pig inlet and outlet launchers for cleansing and monitoring devices for gas transmission pipelines, railway tank cars for transportation of liquefied hydrocarbon gases.
Being a subsidiary, the Kotelnikovo Valve Plant is specializing in fabrication of general purpose valves.
