A REPAIR AND RECONSTRUCTION ON THE GAS PUMP OVER COMPRESSOR STATIONS
"Energogasremont" administration carries out complex repairs of gas pump over equipment on the compressor stations and compressor stations reconstruction.
At present there has been a reconstruction of pump over aggregates in "Uraltransgas" Shadrinsk foundry manufacturing area (FMA). Instead of "Koberra-182" aggregates are installed home-produced pump over aggregates of the last generation "Ural-16" with the economical aircraft drive OJSC "Aviadvigatel" production PS-90.

TUBE WITH EXTERNAL ISOLATION COVER
An isolation cover is drifted on the external side of the seamless and electric weldered steel tubes with diameter 57 - 425 mm, intended for the oil, gas, condensate, water and other, transportation by means of underground pipeline.
The cover consists of 2 layers: a sevilen sticked composition layer and a layer of high pressure polyethylene thermolightstabilisative composition. Protective layers are drifted on a preliminary cleared, heated and modified tube surface by means of lateral extrusion. The end of the tube (nearly 50 - 150 mm) is not isolated. The cover thickness can be changed according to the customer's desire.
Polyethylene cover possesses high protective property, percussion durability and waterproof.
The use of tubes with external isolation cover allows:
There is no possibility of damaging the cover while laying and transferring tubes. Works could be held in soils of different category without extra defense. Technology and equipment has a patent of Russia.

AUTOMATIC GAS DISTRIBUTOR STATIONS
AUTOMATIC GAS DISTRIBUTOR STATIONS, production output more 50000 nm3/hour
A station is supplied as ready-made units to be installed in the capital building. It's production output ranges from 100 000 up to 500 000 nm3/h.
The main technological equipment is placed in the technological premises. The technological scheme of the GDS is divided into several compact assembly units by flange sections in order to provide a preliminary assembling at a factory. The GDS equipment is separated from the outside gas pipelines by the insulating flange plant. There is a gas boiler for the heat supply to the GDS gas heaters and heating systems which is located at premises adjacent to the technological ones. An operator's cabin is a room which has its own entrance. To automate GDS "TM - Tecon" telemechanical control is used. A "Creyt-GRS" complex of the above-mentioned system is for telemetry, telesignal and telecontrol.
AUTOMATIC GAS DISTRIBUTOR STATIONS, production output 400 - 20000 nm3/hour
Automatic gas distributor stations are intended for the reducing of high gas pressure up to the given low pressure and maintaining it before supplying to the customer. AGDS are supplied as ready-made units, its setting up and adjustment are made in accordance with the customer requirements. A block-box is made of neoporconcrete with 3 compartments ("Urozhai - 0,1") or 2 blocks isolated from each other and equipped with separate entrances ("Urozhai - 5" and "Urozhai - 10").
Technical features of the "Urozhai - 0,1": a combination of GDS and GDU that is reducing high-pressure gas to the level required by customers is within the framework of the technological continuous process. That would save the funds of the customer which refuses to built a "medium pressure" networks.

AUTOMATIC GAS DISTRIBUTOR STATIONS, production output 20000 - 50000 nm3/hour
The station is supplied as a ready-made unit.
The following is to be done at the exploitation site:
- block combination;
- roof construction;
- the automatic system and heating system connection to the technological cabin.
Setting up and adjustment are made by the Manufacturer right after AGDS mounting. Its production output is 20 000 nm3/hr, 30 000 nm3/hr and 50000 nm3/hr; complete set - 3, (4), (5) block-boxes, that are jointly installed on a common foundation, and both covered a roof assembled. It results in the formation of GDS premises, which are divided into 3 isolated compartments: technological, odorisational and control. A housing is made of "sandwich" panels, "Urozhai - 30" type stations can be made of neopor-concrete. The compartments have separate entrances outside.

GAS-REGULATION STATIONS
Gas regulation unit (GRU) is intended for the reducing high gas pressure to the given low one and maintaining it at the level of precision which is set before. It also makes the measurements of gas consumption. Depending on the principal gas parameters at the entrance and exit this unit can be made in block (one or several blocks) as well as in fixed variant.
A block variant means that the equipment is placed in 2 separated from each other compartments in the common block-box, or in 2 separate blocks.
Block-box is made of light cellular concrete, has an entity carrying metallic frame and strong metallic framework.

GAS-REGULATION STATIONS (GRPSH)
GRU in box variant is an article, with the equipment placed in a metallic box. This box has folding doors (opening outside) with the lock.
Inside the box are: locking fittings, pressure regulator, filter, safety valve, CMD equipment. There are blowing off and throwing off candles, insulating flange connections outside the box.

FUEL AND START GAS UNIT
Fuel and start gas unit is designed for preparation of gas and for getting gas with desired purity, temperature, pressure and volume. The unit can be used in gas-turbine plants, gas-turbine power stations and gas-compressor units.

GAS BURNERS GVG

For natural gas compression in gas-filling compressor station instead of conventional compressor we use hydro pneumatic cylinders.

GAS-FILLING COMPRESSOR STATION WITH UDZ-250 E-GP (DN-900 E-GP) COMPRESSORS
Pressure blowers DN-250 E-GP 50/200 and DN-900 E-GP 200/320 are designed for natural gas charging up to 25 and 32 MPa.
DN-250 is designed for motor vehicles re-fuelling from gas pipe-lines and is used together with a gas electrolyte-adsorption dehumidifier, it can be stocked with gas-filling dispenser and gas accumulator.
DN-900 is designed for gas-bowser re-fuelling at stationary gas-filling compressor station up to pressure of 32 MPa.

GAS REGISTRATION SYSTEM
The complex registrates the gas flow from gas filling compressor station and gas quantity, which got the customer, it makes it possible to automatisate the refilling of motor transport with compressed natural gas.
The complex consists of following main units:
- Control system consisting of PC, voltage stabilizer, UPS;
- Software (calculating of filled gas flow, filling control);
- Dispenser (with filling hose, coupling, information tableau);
- Supplied gas flow registration at the filling station.
COMPLEX FOR PRODUCTION OF LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS
"Uraltransgas" developes technology for production and use of liquefied natural gas.
With liquefied natural gas we can install gas supply to regions far from existing gas pipe-lines. This gas is used as fuel for heat and electricity production.
"Uraltransgas" built a plant for production of liquefied natural gas in Perwouralsk. We use liquefied natural gas as fuel for boiler houses at sanatorium "Lake Gluchoe" 20 km from Yekaterinburg. We deliver this gas with automobile transport to the place.
GAS-AIR HEATERS
Gas-air heaters are intended for the public industrial and agricultural buildings heating. The working principle is based on the heat exchange between the combustion products of natural gas (burned in heat tubes and convectional heat exchanger) and air. With the help of the ventilators the air goes to the space between tubes, heats and distributes all over the building by air boxes.

AIR MIXER TYPE HEATER
Air mixer type heater is intended for the heat supply ot hangars, greenhouses, live-stock buildings, pigsties, poultry yards etc. The heater is working in the automatic conditions and doesn't need a constant presence of the operator. The heater is made with the burner for the work on the natural gas or liquefied gas (propane), and has an accordance certificate and a hygienic conclusion. STEEL HOT-WATER BOILERS KV-GM (UTG)
These boilers are designed for low- and middle-power boiler houses. The hot-water boiler UTG is a fire-tube shell-type three-flue boiler with a turning chamber, a straight smooth flue tube and a fire chamber with two gas ducts through fire tubes. The boilers are heat insulated with mineral wool covered with aluminium sheet.

ARBOLITE MANUFACTURING AND APPLICATION
A manufacturing of tiles from the arbolite stuff had been mastered for the building's assembly with the use of non-demountable false work. Tiles for the non-demountable false work "arbolite" - is a difficult burning stuff corresponding to the SEV 2437.80 standard. It possesses gut heating-physical features, easy in processing and assembly. An assembly of buildings is made without the use of loading mechanisms.

SIDEWALK TILES PRODUCTION
Sidewalk tile is made of sand and cement mixture with the addition of dyes by the vibrate-pressing method. A tile is produced of different configuration, color and size. It also possesses gut firmness to wear and tear, to temperature changes, to environmental circumstances.
MARBLE AND GRANITE STUFF PRODUCTION
An enterprise was founded in September, in 1993. A workshop ot a marble stuff production is equipped with up-to-date stone-manufacturing outfit of Italian firms BRA, Ravelli, Benetti Maccine. In 1997 a workshop of granite stuff production was put into exploitation.
