AUTOMATIC GAS DISTRIBUTOR STATION "UROZHAI-0.1"
Automatic gas distributor station "Urozhai - 0,1" are intended for the reducing of high gas pressure up to the given low pressure and maintaining it before supplying to the customer.
AGDS are supplied as ready-made units, its setting up and adjustment are made in accordance with the customer requirements.
A block-box is made of neoporconcrete with 3 compartments.
Technical features of the "Urozhai - 0,1": a combination of GDS and GDU that is reducing high-pressure gas to the level required by customers is within the framework of the technological continuous process.
That would save the funds of the customer which refuses to built a "medium pressure" networks.

Automatic gas distributor stations are intended for the reducing of high gas pressure up to the given low pressure and maintaining it before supplying to the customer. AGDS are supplied as ready-made units, its setting up and adjustment are made in accordance with the customer requirements.
A block-box is made of neoporconcrete with 2 blocks isolated from each other and equipped with separate entrances ("Urozhai - 5" and "Urozhai - 10").
The following is to be done at the exploitation site:
- block combination;
- roof construction;
- the automatic system and heating system connection to the technological cabin.
Setting up and adjustment are made by the Manufacturer right after AGDS mounting. Its production output is 20 000 nm3/hr, 30 000 nm3/hr and 50000 nm3/hr; complete set - 3, (4), (5) block-boxes, that are jointly installed on a common foundation, and both covered a roof assembled. It results in the formation of GDS premises, which are divided into 3 isolated compartments: technological, odorisational and control. A housing is made of "sandwich" panels, "Urozhai - 30" type stations can be made of neopor-concrete. The compartments have separate entrances outside.

AUTOMATIC GAS DISTRIBUTOR STATIONS "URAL"
A station is supplied as ready-made units to be installed in the capital building. It's production output ranges from 100 000 up to 500 000 nm3/h.
The main technological equipment is placed in the technological premises. The technological scheme of the GDS is divided into several compact assembly units by flange sections in order to provide a preliminary assembling at a factory. The GDS equipment is separated from the outside gas pipelines by the insulating flange plant. There is a gas boiler for the heat supply to the GDS gas heaters and heating systems which is located at premises adjacent to the technological ones. An operator's cabin is a room which has its own entrance. To automate GDS "TM - Tecon" telemechanical control is used. A "Creyt-GRS" complex of the above-mentioned system is for telemetry, telesignal and telecontrol.
GAS-REGULATION STATIONS
Gas regulation unit (GRU) is intended for the reducing high gas pressure to the given low one and maintaining it at the level of precision which is set before. It also makes the measurements of gas consumption. Depending on the principal gas parameters at the entrance and exit this unit can be made in block (one or several blocks) as well as in fixed variant.
A block variant means that the equipment is placed in 2 separated from each other compartments in the common block-box, or in 2 separate blocks.
Block-box is made of light cellular concrete, has an entity carrying metallic frame and strong metallic framework.

GAS HEATERS
Gas heaters PG are used for heating gass in GDS before reduction stage. Heat exchangers are manufactured of titanium piping which significantly increases their lifetime.

GAS/AIR HEATERS AEROTERM
Gas-air heaters are intended for the public industrial and agricultural buildings heating. The working principle is based on the heat exchange between the combustion products of natural gas (burned in heat tubes and convectional heat exchanger) and air. With the help of the ventilators the air goes to the space between tubes, heats and distributes all over the building by air boxes.

REDUCTOR/REGULATOR RR
Reductor/regulators RR are used in gas supply through mains with low gas consumption. Regulators provide reduction of input pressure to required level regardless of the input pressure and flow.

GAS PRESSURE REGULATORS RGSD WITH SAFETY DEVICES
Gas pressure regulators RGSD are used in gas supply systems. Their purpose is reduction of HP gas pressure to required level, automatic stabilisation of output pressure within the required range under variable input pressure and gas flow. Gas pressure regulators RGSD with safety devices automatically cut off gas supply and turn on the operator alarm when output pressure exceeds the threshold level. Gas pressure regulators RGSD feature high accuracy of output pressure stability (up to 3%) and exhaust-free operation.

GAS PRESSURE REGULATORS RDM
Gas pressure regulators RDM are used in gas mains. They are intended for reaction of HP gass pressure to a required value, automatic stabilisation of output pressure within a required range under variable input pressure and gas flow.
Gas pressure regulators feature high accuracy of output pressure stability (up to 2%), vibration resistance, effective noise reduction system (noise level at maximum flow not exceeding 80 dBA) and exhaust-free operation.

Safety devices are used at pipelines, gas extraction and refinery plants, at gas distribution stations and are intended for shutting the pipeline when pressure exceeds the limit (equipped with alarm functions).

CHECK VALVE KUM
Check valve is used to control gas flow in gas pressure regulators RGSD, RDM, RDU or similar regulators equipped with a spring for shutting the regulator. Joint operation of the valve and a regulator ensures exhaust-free operation. The valve can also be used as reductor/regulator.
