ROTARY VIBRO-WEAR-RESISTANT SPIRAL CALIBRATOR WITH SYNTACTIC DIAMONDS
Is designed for wellbore forming during drilling hard abrasive rocks.
The mentioned tools are production rotary calibrators reinforced with synthesized polycrystal diamond links "Carbonado" produced in Russia.
Combination of original diamond-bearing ceramics and viscous matrix provides damage-free operation of calibrator during drilling abrasive rocks under heavy impact load. On the side bearing area of calibrator there are fine cuttings with diamond fines. That allows to enlarge wellbore, preventing its wedging in restricted sections. Left-side winding blade calibrators are used for wellbore developmental work and drilling complicated with drilling tool 'wedging'. Kinematic design feature of the mentioned calibrators lets to reduce a probability of 'wedging' or vibration of the tool and exclude a possibility of spontaneous calibrator unscrewing.
Short-run production of calibrators with diameters ranging from 139,7 to 394 mm (including 295 mm for milled tool body).

Ring hydraulic monitor is used for cleaning cavernous part of open hole and/or creating cement bridge in open and slant holes.
Advantages of use:
The quality of cement bridge improves due to effective cleaning of a part of open hole with cement bridge and full replacement of washing fluid for grouting mortar.
It is guaranteed a possibility of open hole restoration up to nominal diameter at drilling and workover for caved roof and hermetization of casing shoe.

- is used for temporary lining on well walls (lining thickness 5-20 mm) during drilling operations soft and high-permeable reservoirs
- the tool serves for rock consolidation, filling up available cracks and big pores due to mud taking, breaking and pressing of mud on a well wall
Application effect:
- the mentioned tool prevents from intensive lost circulation;
- reduces depth of filtrate-penetration and clay crust in productive sandy rocks (reservoirs);
- prevents from caving in clay rocks;
- increases quality of casing string cementation.

ISOLATION OF BOTTOM WATER INFLOW IN GAS WELLS IN ABNORMALLY LOW FORMATION PRESSURES

It relates to the methods of isolation and blocking water inflows in gas high permeable reservoirs.
Advantages:
Improving isolation of bottom water inflow in abnormally low formation pressures at the cost of preventing insulating agent intrusion in the gas-saturated portion and productive formation damage.
This technology provides for injection of a flush fluid, such as diesel fuel, with a structural viscosity ratio less then formation water has, interval injection of a blocking agent through hole clearance with a structural viscosity ratio more then formation water has and injection of an insulating agent through tubing. The tubing shoe is placed at the level of gas horizon bottom for the blocking agent injection and it is lowered up to the level of water horizon bottom for the insulating agent injection. The difference between squeezing pressures of blocking agent and insulating agent is determined by the mathematical formula.
