INTELLECTUAL JOINT
Designation:
Maintain permanent and (or) periodical control over mechanical stresses inside pipe walls, evaluate strength margin of pipeline at different modes of operation and under influence of adverse geotechnical factors upon pipeline. Furthermore, the intellectual joint facilitates in-situ control over the values of cathodic protection potential, transit
current of cathodic protection and the temperature of pipe wall.
Description:
A tube equipped with transmitters and package of secondary transformers produced of pipe with technical specifications similar to those of the pipeline to be connected. The transmitters provide metering of controlled values, while the processor and the package of secondary transformers installed into a hermetic box perform preliminary processing and transfer to the remote control system of the pipeline and (or) to the output connector of instruments and control station for manual operation. The hermetic container is buried underground at the depth of 300-500 mm that ensures protection from casual external impacts.
Implementation of intellectual joints allows to prevent emergency situations by control over mechanical stresses resulting from abnormal conditions of pipeline positioning at the sections of active geodynamics, i.e. landslide, shore and karst threatening, as well as over undermined areas and at process piping of compressor stations and gas-distributing stations, moreover, implementation of intellectual joints allows to determine effectiveness of gas pipeline corrosion protection means.

INSULATING JOINT
(For electrical isolation of tube segments in pipelines)
Purpose: provides electrical isolation of the corrosion protected object from unprotected. It is suitable for systems of transportation of a natural gas, crude petroleum and products of its processing, mineral oils, nitrogen, water and other substances. For protection against environmental influences, may be provided with a protective coating. It is possible above-ground, as well as underground installation.
Description: represents two metal tubular elements, which match the interface dimensions of the pipes, connected among themselves fiber-reinforced plastic. The reliable electrical isolation is provided with a ring of an insulating material, and tightness of connection - specially founded condensation. The design does not require service during whole period of exploitation. Insulating coupling meets all requirements of the Russian technical specifications on insulation pipeline joints.

AUTOMATIC INJECTION DEVICE (AID)
Designed for automatic injection of sealing material (wash fluids, lubricants, sealants ect.) into sealing units of valve system of trunk pipelines with the aim of prevention and eliminating gas leakages.
Automatic injection device may be used with almost all types of both Russian and foreign valve systems.
AID is designed operation both on open air and inside buildings at temperatures from –20 °С to +50 °С and relative humidity of not higher than 98%.
AID is manufactured in 2 variants:
- with Russian made pneumatic drive;
- FESTO pneumatic drive.
Specifications:
MOBILE GAS DISTRIBUTION STATION (Mini GDS)
Designed to provide non-stop gas supply to consumers during stationary distribution station overhaul or failure.
Mini GDS provides the following functions:
- Gas purification from mechanical impurity, water, condensate;
- Reduction of intake pressure to the level of required outlet pressure and its keeping on a certain level with flow deviation;
- Gas odorization prior feeding to consumer;
- Gas flow measuring;
- Automatic control of all GDS units which provides safe and reliable operation.
Automatics and remote control:
1. Remote control of intake and outlet valves of the GDS and reduction unit valve.
2. Remote indication of:
- controlled valves position;
- unauthorized opening of GDS doors;
- fire;
- temperature drop below minimum in control box.
3. Remote measurement of:
- intake and outlet gas pressure;
- intake and outlet gas temperature;
- gas temperature after heater;
- gas flow corrected for pressure and temperature;
- gas contamination in a GDS block.
Technical characteristics:
Mini GDS allows to provide non-stop gas supply to customers during a major overhaul in comparison with the traditional method. It may only take 2 or 3 overhauls to recover the cost of Mini GDS.
SORBENT AND MOBILE PLANT FOR ITS PRODUCTION
Sorbent and mobile plant for its production are designed to eliminate liquid hydrocarbon and grease spill and clean effluent.
Specialists of Subsidiary Company "Orgenergogaz" have developed engineering and technology enabling to eliminate oil, oil products, grease (both vegetable fat and animal fat) and other non-diluted compound spill on water and soil (primarily sand soil) and to clean effluents and gas flows. This technology utilizes sorbent characterized by high absorption properties in relation to hydrocarbon, high absorption rate, waterproof and buoyancy.
Sorbent won gold and silver medals at "Eureka-97" and "Eureka-98" International Exhibition (Brussels). This is a proprietary design (Patent N° 97114927 and 97114298), application for international patents N° PCT/RU 97/00142, PCT/RU 97/00143, PCT/RU 98/00308 and PCT/RU 98/00 309.
Application:
Characteristics:
1 kg of sorbent adsorbs 55 kg of oil or 45 kg of petrol. 1 m3 of sorbent absorbs 160-220 kg (0,2-0,25 m3) of oil or 130-180 kg (0,18-0,24 m3) of petrol.
Storage time is not limited.
Actually complete sorbent absorption is not achieved therefore foregoing values should be considered as limit values. For dark and light hydrocarbons absorption range is between these limits.

MOBILE PLANT FOR SORBENT PRODUCTION IN THE FIELD
According to technology of oil, oil products and grease removal from water surface it is necessary to produce sorbent on the place of spill since its storage is not cost-effective. Raw materials required to produce sorbent take 200-500 times less space. To achieve this goal "Orgenergogaz" specialists designed mobile plants of different capacity to produce sorbent.

HAND-HELD ANALOGUE VERSATILE COATING FAULT DETECTOR PAUT-1

- Phase search of a pipeline centerline, and identifying a direction towards a centerline and a pipeline (a cable) azimuth.

LINE OF VIBRATION METERS SK-100
SK-100 vibration meter is designed for evaluation of current condition of mechanic equipment on the basis of its units vibration in operation and after overhaul.
SK-100 is a portable and light device that can be operated in a wide range of climate conditions. Device’s control consists of one button only. On the front panel there is a 3-digit indicator showing vibration velocity value, mode and battery condition. SK-100 allows to measure mean square value of vibration velocity in a range of 10...1000 Hz, as per State Standard 25275-82.
SK-100 comes in 2 versions with different indicator types:
- LCD;
- LED (convenient in dim light conditions).
The device has the following functions:
- Automatic indicator brightness adjustment;
- Auto turn-off.
Modes: one-time measurement (one-time button press) and monitoring mode.

DIAGNOSTICS UNIT ON THE BASIS OF VIBROCOLLECTOR SK-1100
Designed for measurement and analysis of rotary equipment for:
- better overhaul scheduling;
- equipment inspection after overhaul;
- prevention of unexpected halts due to accidents.
Intake data for SK-1100 is vibration data taken by one-channel vibrocollector from the equipment under check. Measurement results are transferred from vibrocollector to PC and then logged to database that provides further analysis using special software.
Vibrocollector allows to measure signal realization in time in dimension of vibration velocity in a range of 10 - 5000 Hz and at the same time mean square value of vibration velocity in a range of 10 - 1000Hz; external source of signal (0 - 5V) may be used as sensor. Collector may be operated in severe operation conditions including explosion hazard zone classes V1a and V1g with gas vapor mixture classes IIa temperature groups T1 – T4; SK-1100 includes "Vibroanaliz" software designed for diagnostics database control.
Features almost unlimited time of data storage in device’s memory, even with fully discharged battery.

DIAGNOSTICS UNIT ON THE BASIS OF VIBROANALYZER SK-2300

Designed for measurement and analysis of rotary equipment for:
- better overhaul scheduling;
- equipment inspection after overhaul;
- prevention of unexpected halts due to accidents;
- discovering defects on early stages of their development;
- rotors balancing;
- own frequency identification of equipment and its units.
Results collected by SK-2300 may be analyzed by vibration analyzer or transferred to PC for logging into database using special software.
On the basis of analysis of the measured data the unit automatically makes a report on current condition of equipment, recommended types and schedules for overhaul of the equipment or its separate units as well as supposed defects. The device can measure time realization, spectrum and spectrum of signal envelope including the one with external synchronization by photomarker.
Vibration analyzer may be operated in severe operation conditions including explosion hazard zone classes V1a and V1g with gas vapor mixture classes IIa temperature groups T1 – T4;, and may have waterproof casing (IP68).
Software "Vibroanalyzer" - 2.5x, is designed for database control, measuring routes adjustment, reading results and their logging into database, display of stored information, creation of reports on current equipment condition, history log and outstanding situation logs.
Software is created through "client-server" technology and features:
Optionally SK-2300 may come complete with "Expert" expert system designed for automated diagnostics of equipment on the basis of data archive.

PORTABLE ULTRASONIC INSPECTION SYSTEM "SKARUTCH"
Scarutch system is designed for ultrasonic defect inspection of weld joints of pipelines and metal structures from 4 to 50 mm thick by manual scanning using acoustic multiple-element block along the weld. Tests carried out in 1997 by Severgazprom company confirmed that Scarutch ultrasonic device provides quality monitoring of weld joints of pipelines and substantially overperforms modern ultrasonic tools like USK 7D, SONIC - 1000, Epoch - III, USN 52 in terms of result adequacy and efficiency.
Other information:
Five times increase in monitoring efficiency in comparison with usual defectoscopes.
Detects and reports defect location and character (cavities, enclosures, faulty fusion, cracks) both in weld joints and in nearby material.
Increases result authenticity due to:
- Automatic sensitivity adjustment in case of random shagginess of surface, impurity of acoustic lubrication and anisotropy of weld joint;
- Special remarks in final report about unmonitored sections of the joint as a result of operator’s fault;
- Multiple ultrasonic testing of each section of the weld joint at various patterns and angles of sound emission using 8-element acoustic block and 16-channel receiver.

SERIES S-10 (S 10-1) ELECTRICAL LABORATORY
Series S10 (S10-1) Mobile High Voltage Testing Laboratory is designed to perform a full scope of acceptance and preventive testing of 10 (35) kV electrical equipment and overhead power lines as well as 10 kV cable lines to detect a damage by all state-of-the art relative and absolute technologies. The laboratory is mounted on any 1,5 ton domestic or imported vehicle chassis. The laboratory conforms to State Standard 15150, Class 3, Climatic design "U". The laboratory meets the requirements of State Standard 12.2.003 (Article 2), State Standard 12.2.007.0 (Article 3) and State Standard 12.2.007.3 placed on the equipment, Electric Shock Protection Class 01.
VALVE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE LABORATORY
Mobile valve maintenance lab is designed for conducting full scale maintenance and commissioning of shut-off valves system.
The lab may be installed on any Russian or foreign made car with cargo load of more than 800 kg and may include the following options:
- additional passenger seats;
- a walk-in closet;
- a workbench and tool boxes;
- 220V or 380V electric generator;

GAS DISTRIBUTION GRID DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY
