GAS-FIRED MIXING AIR HEATERS

 

The VGS gas-fired air heaters are designed for heating the air fed into ventilation systems, air heating systems, heated air screens, drying units and for other purposes. Heated air mixed with gas combustion products is supplied to users. Hazardous compounds' content in the heated air is lower than the permitted concentration. This is achieved through the optimization of design and aerodynamic characteristics of the air heaters, complete gas combustion, excessive air supply.

The weight of the air heaters with the efficiency of up to 99 % is 6 - 8 times lower than that of conventional heaters. The absence of such a heat carrier as water helps to sharply reduce maintenance and operation costs.

The air heaters are equipped with automation and control devices which maintain the heater operation in the pre-set mode and shut-down it in emergency. The VGS air heaters are significantly cheaper than typical heaters of the same heat power.

GAS BOILER

Application:

Cast iron boiler equipped with atmospheric burner is designed for low pressure natural gas and propane-butane combustion. Two-sectional dimension-type is applicable to heat flats (apartments) and offices, small-sized living quarters and country houses. The boiler is manufactured as water heating unit with heating water forced circulation and 4 bar working pressure.

Advantages:

High durability of cast iron heat exchanger and other parts, efficiency factor of 90-92%; high quality protection and control devices ensure stability, safety and reliability of boiler unit; combustion products reverse motion (flyback) control automatics will initiate shutdown in case of flue duct draught insufficiency; noiseless operation mode; low content of noxious gases in combustion products; easy and quick to assemble, maintain and repair; if combustion products discharge ventilator is installed to exhaust directly through the wall, the boiler can be mounted in a room without flue duct.
