AUTOMOBILE GAS BOTTLES
The ballons are lightweight cylinders designed for the storage of gasses (Compressed Natural Gas cylinders).
Then consists of inner thin wall aluminum liner and with outer glass or carbon fiber laminates.
Main features:
- Operating pressure - up to 25 Mpa;
- Strength reng- not less than 2,6;
- Serviceability - 15 years
- Range of working temperatures + 50 °C

SENSITIVE PIPES
Sensitive pipes are used in manufacturing of air-hydraulic cylinders, metal-composite balloon liners and in different areas of engineering.
The highest possible length of sensitive pipes is 1,5 m. The lowest possible thickness of the pipe wall amounts to 1,6-2,5 m depending on diameter.
These pipes are produced on the basis of hot-rolled and pressed pipes.
In contrast to similar products made by other companies the pipes manufactured by "Izhevsk Balloons" have higher stress-strain properties and afterflow as well as lower afterstrain.
SPRINKLER BALLOONS FOR WATER, AQUEOUS SOLUTION AND CHLADONES
The balloons are made of aluminum alloy for 4,0 MPa working pressure and with carbon fiber laminate for 15,0 MPa working pressure.
Main features:
- Working pressure: 4,0 MPa (40 kg/cm2); 15,0 MPa (150 kg/cm2)
- Margin of safety - not less than 2,6
- Serviceability: 20 years
- Range of working temperatures: from -35 °C to +50 °C
Balloon perfection coefficient:
- pressure 4,0 MPa: 0,23 ... 0,28
- pressure 15,0 MPa: 0,48 ... 0,55

MOBILE AUTO GAS-FILLING STATION PAGZ-2850-32-4
The mobile auto gas-filling station is used for transportation of compressed natural gas from auto gas-filling compressor station to the place of car filling.
PAGZ is based on the vehicle KAMAZ 53212 and contains 44 balloons which volume amounts to 185 liters for working pressure 32 MPa.
The volume of transportable gas amounts to 2850 Nm3.
