MANUAL MECHANICAL PIPE CUTTER

The device cuts oil well tubing’s drilling pipes and casings diam. 114 and 324 mm on a wellhead. The device consists of two half-housings with rolls, rod, cutter and bar, and also top and bottom clamps assemblies.

HYDRAULIC DEVICE FOR TAPER THREADING ON CASINGS

The device cuts a conical thread on casings positioned in a wellhead.

Thread cutters enable to install (replace) wellhead housings without welding.

VALVES REPLACEMENT DEVICE

The device can dismantle damaged valves from pressured X-mas tree (without preliminary well kill) and install new (repaired) valves.

The device enables:

- To perform packing both in threaded and smooth pipes;

- To reduce cost of work considerably;

- To retain collecting properties of bottom hole area;

- To eliminate the necessity of well development;

The device provides remote monitoring installation of BOP equipment assembly to a wellhead under the condition of an open (burning) spout.

BOP equipment can be mounted either on casing head or pipe head flanges (if they are operable), as well as on casing itself.

BOP equipment assembly consists of:

- reducing spool;
- four-way tee with two valved outlets;
- double preventer with blind rams and pipe rams;
- eduction pipe.

In case of flanges’ absence on casing head a special non-detachable head is used that fits casing diameter.

SPLIT FLANGES

Split flanges are mounted on a spouting well casing to restore base for stop valves with subsequent sealing of arranged flange connection. Split flange consists of two semi-flanges, 4 anvils, 1 seal, 6 kits of bolts with nuts, 1 kit of mounting collar, 1 spool, 1 kit of bolts, studs and nuts for attaching a spool with a split flange.
