JSC "Gazpromgeofizika" is a geophysical company which realizes all operations of the technological cycle: research - instrument making - geophysical service - interpretation of geological and geophysical data - modeling in carrying out exploration, development, exploitation and monitoring of hydrocarbon fields and underground gas storages. At present the company is the general contractor of JSC "Gazprom" and carries out geophysical well logging and field geophysical surveys.

Geoinformational support of well construction and development of hydrocarbon fields
The complex of field and geophysical works in well drilling and operation is fulfilled by 10 industrial enterprises, located on the territory of the European part of Russia and West Siberia.
They include more than 100 specialized crews equipped with modern instruments and equipment that allows to perform the following operations:
Well logging:
- in exploratory wells,
- in development (including horizontal) wells,
- in wells under construction,
- in wells under workover,
- in abandoned wells.
Geological and technological investigation of key holes, parametric, exploratory and development wells;
Petrophysical research of core cuttings;
Direct methods of investigation:
- formation test using pipes and logging cabel,
- core samplers on the cable.
Secondary formation exposing with a gun including through-tubing perforator with high penetrating ability;
Processing and complex interpretation of geophysical data;
Drilling and exploration of horizontal wells;
Geophysical logging and pressure-transient tests in running and observation wells;
Documenting and well condition control;
Well stimulation:
- acoustic bed stimulation,
- well bottom treatment with foamacid cartridges,
- reperforating for of productive intervals,
- elimination of asphalt and paraffin deposits in oil wells,
- leveling the intake capacity profile.
Well remedial and isolation operations;
Analytical work:
- formation of geological and geophysical information data bases, well logging data numbering,
- analysis and generalization of geological and geophysical data,
- geomodeling of constantly operating gas fields and underground gas storages,
- monitoring of field development and underground gas storages operation,

Geological and geophysical and gashydrodinamic modelling of hydrocarbon deposits and underground gas storages, that helps optimize field development and underground gas storage cyclic operation;
Geological, technological and ecological monitoring of hydrocarbon deposits and underground gas storages with the help of geochemical methods;
Gas-geochemical survey:
The latest home-made hardware and software technologies are used for logging both in cased and open holes including those with nonconventional thermobarric conditions.
Well logging while controlling field development and underground gas storage operations is carried out.
Well logging control is run by means of multiparametric complex tools using lubricating and special well equipment, which can operate at the well head pressures up to 70 MPa, including hydrogen sulfide environment.
Various well logging tools, especially unique flaw detectors MID-Gazprom, as well as wire-line self-reacting tools enable to solve complex tasks related to the conditions of operating wells.
RESEARCH AND INSTRUMENT-MAKING:
NPF "Tzentrgazgeofizika" is a research and engineering center of JSC "Gazpromgeofizika" in the field of well logging and control of gas wells and underground gas storages operations, including hydrogen sulfide containing ones.
The main activities of NPF "Tzentrgazgeofizika" are as follows:
- development, manufacturing and introduction of geophysical tools and equipment for logging in gas wells with negative well head pressure,
- well logging while controlling gas storage operations,
- creation of computer technologies for acquisition, processing and interpretation of well logging data,
- estimation of hydrocarbon reserves,
- creation and development of well logging data banks.
