MODULAR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

MODULAR TRANSFORMER SUBSTATIONS ON THE BASIS OF THE UNIFIED ELECTROTECHNICAL UNITS (BKTP UEB)

Electric power plant

 

BKTP UEB are intended for reception, transformations and distributions of electric energy of an alternating current of industrial frequency of 50 Hz, at rated voltage 110, 35, 6 (10) kV.

BKTP UEB (climatic modification U1, HL1 in accordance with standards GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1-89) is designed for external installation at height no more than 1000 m above sea level. Stability BKTP UEB to earthquake on scale MSK-64 - up to 8 points.

Climatic area downwind and to ice - I-IV it agrees to "Rules for the device of electrical installations". BKTP UEB are delivered with normal and strengthened isolation.

BKTP UEB will consist of the unified electrotechnical units with the high-voltage equipment mounted in them with elements of auxiliary circuits. The units, blocks and auxiliary metal constructions can be transported to an installation site by railway, automobile, sea or river transport (under the discretion of the customer). BKTP UEB is made with high factory readiness that provides reduction of terms of installation on a building site.

By the individual order can be made step-up transformer substations by a voltage 10 (6)/110 кV, 10 (6)/35 kV.

UNIFIED ELECTROTECHNICAL MODULAR CLOSED SWITCHING CENTERS UEB-ZRU-10 (6) kV

UEB-ZRU is intended for reception and a distribution of electricity of an alternating current of an industrial frequency 50 Hz at a rated voltage 10(6) kV.

UEB-ZRU-10 (6) кV are designed for outside installation at altitude no more than 1000 m above sea level, climatic modification U1, HL1 in accordance with standards GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1-89.

For manufacturing UEB-ZRU-10 (6) кВ modular sections (BMS) of various modifications are used:

At the request of the customer complete equipment UEB-ZRU-10 (6) кV products of the following factories - manufacturers is available: the Moscow factory "Electroschit" (K-104М, K-105), the "Ishley" factory "ZVVA" (KMB), factory "Kaliningradgazavtomatika" (based on cells "FLUAIR" and МСset).

MODULAR STATIONS OF ELECTROCHEMICAL PROTECTION EHZ-1 … 6

Modular station of electrochemical protection EHZ-1

 

Modular stations of electrochemical protection EHZ-1 … 6 (further - EHZ) are intended for protection of underground metal constructions (pipelines from one line up to six lines, gas mains, oil pipelines, petrol pipelines, etc.) from electrochemical corrosion.

Stations EHZ it is designed for installation at height no more than 1000 m above sea level and has climatic modification U1, UHL1 in accordance with standards GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543-89. For each thread of the pipeline in the unit of station EHZ it is established on one block of automatic inclusion of reserve (BAVR) and two stations cathodic protection (the basic and reserve).

The unit of station EHZ made of metal welded design, which prevents access to the equipment of extraneous persons. As a heater fireproof fiberglass URSA (heat conductivity no more than 0,038 W/м°С) is used.

 

The station EHZ consist of the following basic parts:

Modular automated power stations (BKAE) "EGM" tipe intended for use in the capacity of an emergency or reserve source of electric-power supply, or like power station for local power nets for gas complexes and pipelines, and also other industrial installations.

BKAE are designed for installation at altitude no more than 1000 m above sea level and made in climatic modification U1, HL1 in accordance with standards GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543-89.

BKAE are maintained at an environment temperature from –60°С up to +40°С.

Modular transformer substations BKTP are intended for reception, transformation and a distribution of electricity of an alternating current of an industrial frequency of 50 Hz at a nominal voltage 6 (10) kV.

BKTP are consist of:

- shell (warmed room);

- the dry mains transformer (one or two) 10 (6)/0,4 кВ, capacity 250-1000 кВА;
- auxiliaries.

 

If necessary, on demand of the customer, inside of unit BKTP can be established some additional equipment:

One-transformer substation BKTP

 

BKTP are designed for use in regions with climate modification UHL of a class 1 (for cold or temperate climate), wind area II in accordance with standards GOST 15150-69.

- resistance to wind - I - V areas;
- glazed frost - I - V areas.

BKTP are resistant against climate actions at the following rating values of climatic factors in accordance with standards GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543-70:

- ambient temperature - to minus 60°C;
- altitude of installation above sea level - no more than 1000 m;
- a relative humidity - no more than 80 %.

One-transformer BKTP are made with one and two section of trunks RU 0,4 кВ, with connection to a line 10 (6) кВ via switch UVN-2-2 with a safety fuse, and the load-break or via the compact switching center with gas insulation "SafePlus" type.

Two-transformer substation BKTP

 

Two-transformer BKTP are made with sectioning and without sectioning on the party 10 (6) кВ, with two sections of trunks on the part of 0,4 kV.

Lead-in high voltage cabinets UVN provide connecting two cables up to 3х150 мм2, and trunk feeding into mains transformers on the right side (the "right" modification) or at the left side (the "left" modification).

Cases of the switching center of low voltage RUNN are cases of double-end service with sliding and slot apparatuses, and made of uniform design from blocks - panels of automatic switches and the relay equipment, collected by means of bolted connections.

Inside BKTP the natural circulation of air is executed. Inflow of fresh air provide through the shutters established on doors and in longitudinal walls of unit.

Inside BKTP is automatically supported the temperature of air not below-20°С with the help of electric heaters which quantity depends on the minimal temperature of region of construction.

The power supplies of auxiliaries (illumination, heaters, sockets) provide from a local board.

Cable apertures for feeding of energy cables into unit build in a frame of a floor at installation of substation on piles (racks, sills, the monolithic base).

Dimensions of BKTP: 8,0х3,02х3,05 m up to 12,53х3,02х3,05 m (depending on the modification and a complete set of delivery).

Weight of BKTP: 9 - 17,5 t (depending on the modification and a complete set of delivery).

Phase-equalizing device UKBA-0,4 (voltage 380 V) is intended for increase of factor of capacity in electrical installations of the industrial enterprises and in electric distributive networks by a voltage 0,4 кV industrial frequency of 50 Hz due to automatic control of wattles capacity.

UKBA are intended for installation in not explosive environment, not containing a current-carrying dust, aggressive gases and aerosol in the concentration destroying metals and isolation, at height above sea level no more than 1000 m, at temperature of air from a minus 30°С up to plus 50°С and have climatic modification UHL according to standard GOST 15150-69;

The microprocessor regulator of capacities NОVAR (Czechia) ensures the functioning of installation in an automatic mode has additional contact for use with a alarm system under the discretion of service of operation.

Manufacturing of phase-equalizing device under the technical project of the customer is possible.

 

 

GENERAL-PURPOSE MODULAR ROOMS

General-purpose modular room

 

General-purpose modular rooms intended for various electrotechnical and the auxiliary equipment, such as:

- for modular Diesel engine power station with capacity 60 up to 1000 kw;
- modular transformer substations of various capacity (BKTP);
- modular stations of electrochemical protection of pipelines (one-line up to six-line pipelines);
- modular electro boiler-houses.

The unit designed in two climatic modifications in accordance with standards SNiP 23.01.99 and GOST 16350-80:

- Usual modification (01) for maintenance mainly in subdistricts IV, IIA and IIIA;
- Northern modification (С) for maintenance mainly in subdistricts I A, IB, I G and I D.

According to the classification GOST 25957-83, the units has the following characteristics:

Conformity to climatic affecting:

Unit is rigged with devices:

Unit looks like closed room, which basis is welded frame, design with mortgage elements for low-ground installation of the equipment, spanned with plates from mineral wool.

Face and longitudinal walls of unit are self-supported. The carcass of unit looks like construction with filling by a rigid cover and reinforced outside and inside by the steel grit for additional rigidity. The roof is made of welded metal carcass (bent and profiled elements), which is filled by the warm - insulating plates and sheathed by metal sheets.

Fireproof materials are used for warm - insulating (conductivity coefficient in a dry condition no more than 0,038 W/m°С).

The design of unit provides a normal operation, safe and convenient maintenance of the equipment, and also an opportunity of its transportation automobile, railway, water-carriage and moving with the help of hoisting-and-transport means.

The form and design of unit are caused by demands of standard PUE, instructions on transportation of freight and demands of mechanical durability. Paint and varnish coverings are using for protection of unit against corrosion. Paint type is chosen depending on atmospheric conditions in area of installation.

CONSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBSTATIONS AND FOR POWER MAINS

PORTALS OF BUS ARRANGEMENT

Portals intended for a suspension bracket of wires of the overhead tier bus arrangement and made under the detail design of a series - 3.407.2-140 "Unified steel portals of open switching canters 35-150 кВ for southern and northern regions". Portals of bus designed in the stand-alone design with the racks mounted in the bases and the crossarms established on them by means of joints.

Crossarms and narrow racks are welded constructions of trellised type, cross-section 500x500 mm, except for the bottom sections of racks of portals ORU - 110 кВ PST-110 (Ya2, Ya5), which are executed with wide baseline.

 

 

METAL POLES FOR HIGH-VOLTAGE ELECTRIC MAINS 6-10 kV FROM THE BENT STRUCTURE

Metal poles for high-voltage electric mains 6-10 kV

 

Metal poles for high-voltage electric mains 6-10 kV made of the bent structure are intended for using in I-VI wind areas and in I-special areas on ice in the occupied and not occupied district with rated temperature of the coldest five-day week a minus 65°С and higher. Poles are designed for a one-chain suspension bracket of a wire - AS 50/8, AS 70/11, AS 95/16, AS 120/19 and self-supported covered conductors (SIP). The middle pole is designed on pendant, and angular and trailer pole for tension isolation. Using of special isolation is possible.

Racks of all poles are self-supporting (welded). The cross-section of pole has the six-angle form, made of two sheet bent structures having on height a variable cross-section, and connected among themselves rods or diagonal devices.

Height of the middle pole with the base 12 m, angular and trailer 10 m. As the bases the metal pipes installed in foundation ditches are used, is similar to concrete poles. A diameter of a pipe for the middle pole 180 mm or 219 mm, and for angular and trailer 426 mm.

Weight of the middle pole - 226 kg (the base - a pipe 180мм) or 274 kg (the base - a pipe of 219 mm), angular - 464 kg, trailer - 472 kg.

Metal pole with the bent structure have some of advantages in compare with ferro-concrete pole:

Using of the metal poles effectively for regions of the Far North where spring-autumn cycles of thawing and freezing of a moisture in structure of concrete because of the big daily temperature differential result in destruction of reinforced concrete poles.

The patent protects the design of metal poles. Patent N° 34192U1, it is published 27.11.03, BI No.33).

 

 

ILLUMINATION MASTS AND LIGHTNING CONDUCTORS

Illumination masts intended for installation of floodlight and lightning protection and rigged with platforms and ladders.

Separately worth lightning conductors manufactured without platforms, ladders and floodlight.

Our factory makes only steel Illumination masts and diverters, and also metalworks (ground wire peaks, diverters, platforms, ladders, fastening elements) for ferro-concrete Illumination masts and diverters in accordance with standard 3.407.9-172 "Illumination masts and separately worth diverters".

Illumination masts and separately worth diverters made like a welded construction of trellised type with wide baseline, fixed on the bases.

In case of transportation of Illumination masts and diverters by rail the bottom base sections (except for PMS-24) are made with a bolted connection with assembly on a building site, as they exceed a railway dimension.

 

 

STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS FOR POWER LINE SUSPENSION

Steel constructions for power line suspension consist of the cross arm, a yoke, an arm, a headband, an overlay, a binder. Steel constructions approved for power line suspension with voltage 0,38-35 кV at rated temperature of outdoor air up to a minus 55°С.

 

 

MULTIPHASE WELDING RECTIFIERS MSV

For high quality of a welded seam at electric welding three-phase welding rectifiers of a Russian-made production (e.g. VDU-250) and foreign manufacture (e.g. ESAB LHF-250), which basis is made with traditional three-phase transformers and three-phase bridge rectifiers, are widely used.

Essential lacks of such welding rectifiers are low values of efficiency and factor of capacity, the big level of pulsations of the straightened voltage and nonlinear distortions of a voltage of a power line.

The abovementioned lacks of the welding rectifiers cause unfairly high losses of power resources at performance of welding works, negative influence on quality of electric energy of a power line, demand high qualification of the welder at performance of welding works and, as a rule, are one of principal causes of poor quality of a welded seam. Substantially these lacks can be eliminated due to use of multiphase welding rectifiers MSB. The basis of them is made with the transformer with rotating magnetic field (TVP), which design essentially differs from a design of usual three-phase transformers and allows creating rectifiers with phase nature of straightening from 12 up to 30.
