MOTOR FUEL UNITS
Motor fuel units are designed for stable hydrocarbon gas condensate (UMT-5) and oil (UMTN-15) processing.
Dimension range comprises the units with the following capacity:
- Gas units - 5, 15, 25, 50, 100 thousand tons/year;
- Oil units - 5, 15, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 300 thousand tons/year.
Raw feed processing provides the recovery of standard motor fuel, straight-run gasoline & fuel oil. The units also can recover A-76 gasoline by compounding, kerosene, solvent, propane-butane from non-stable gas condensate.
The units of 5 and 15 thousand tons/year capacity are delivered to Extreme North regions in special boxes, the units of more capacity are supplied in easy-to assemble housings with shelter panels (on the principle of unified frames).
The problems of fuel supply to hardly the hard-accessible field regions can be solved with the help of given units. Four of five units UMT - 5 are working now in the Urengoy gas condensate field. UMT - 15 unit was supplied to Zapolyarniy field.

MOTOR FUEL UNITS UMT-5, UMT-15
Motor fuel units are designed for hydrocarbon condensate processing to recover diesel fuels (summer, winter, arctic), gasoline and residual fractions.
Units are mounted on a portable skid and delivered directly completely prefabricated to fields.
Process equipment is placed in insulated and heated box (UMT-5) or in an easy assembled housing (UMT -15), and designed specially for the Extreme North conditions.
The problem of fuel supply to hardly accessible fields can be solved with these units.

Cartridge filter is intended for gas and liquid separation from solids and is included in liquid and gas treatment installations.

Gas dehydration absorber with a regular packing is designed for gas separation with liquid sorbents.

- service life of filter elements increased to 4 -10 years
- saved gas capacity with working pressure reduction practically nearly twofold

MULTIFUNCTION GAS DEHYDRATION ABSORBERS
Multifunction gas dehydration absorbers are designed for gas separation from solid particles and liquid droplets when gas is removed from gas underground storage, for wet gas dehydration with absorbents, for gas filtration to decrease absorbent losses with dehydrated gas.
Advantages:
- high level gas separation from liquid droplets and solid particles;
- wide capacity range from 2 to 12 mln.Nm3/day;
- decrease of absorbent carry over with dehydrated gas.
Absorbers are designed on the basis of modern scientific achievements, researches and design works, maximum unification of internal elements is provided.
The absorber design differs from the previous one by dehydration sections, divided into two equal parts by the partition. Single-flow centrifugal elements are installed in one part and, a tray with special valves are placed in the other.

They are used in processing plants for gas and gas condensate field treatment (after inlet, intermediate and final separators and in glycol regenerators) at gas and oil industry installations.
The use of a deck-type packing in the separators results in high efficient separation of insoluble liquids by gravity in small sized vessels.

VERTICAL CYLINDRICAL TUBE FURNACE WITH WOUND RADIATION COIL
Vertical cylindrical tube furnace with a radiation coil is intended for heating different gaseous and liquid fluids in gas, refinery and petrochemical industries.
The furnace is a vertical vessel, composed of two chambers: radiant and convection ones.
A wound product coil is installed inside the radiation chamber.
A box-shaped convection chamber with a horizontal a convective coil inside a chimney tube is mounted on the reducer placed on the convection chamber.
A number of burners is mounted in the furnace bottom. A service platform and a ladder are provided.
A furnace can be completed with a product feed assembly and a fuel supply assembly (fittings, instrumentation and piping placed on the frame or in a block-box.

- no stagnation zones in the coil;
- both single-flow and counter-flow of heated products to be possible;
- complete removal of liquid product and water by gravity after hydraulic tests;

GAS-TO-GAS HEAT EXCHANGER
(TUBES WITH DISCRETE TURBULIZERS)
Gas-to-gas heat exchanger is intended for natural gas cooling in low temperature separation plants before throttling. The heat exchanger is a cylindrical shell-and-tube vessel with U-shaped tubes equipped with discrete turbulizers. The vessel has passages in tube side and shell side. Special inhibitors are injected to prevent hydrate formation.

The application of discrete turbulizes increases the heat exchange coefficient twofold and, this results in the heat exchange surface area decreased twofold as well.
GAS INDIRECT HEATER
Gas indirect heater is intended for fuel gas heating at compressor stations and booster compression stations, for gas heating before pressure reduction at gas distribution stations, as well as wellhead gas heating. The heater also can be used for heating other types of liquid and gas fluids up to the temperature not more than 80 °C.
The heater is a horizontal vessel with an end flanged joint. A flue tube is installed inside the vessel.
The tube is composed of two elements:
Fire tubes are box-shaped and internally finned. An outlet of fire tubes is connected to a chimney stack. In the upper part of the vessel a U-shaped tube bundle of 20 mm diameter tubes is installed. The heater has nozzles to be connected to process piping, fittings and instrumentation.
The heater can be supplied completely packaged (with fittings, instrumentation, piping, fuel gas treatment assembly, placed on the skid).

AIR COOLERS
Air cooler is designed for cooling crude gas at booster compression stations in the North.
Air cooler is of special design and has automatically regulated temperature at the gas outlet, that allows to cool gas up to a lower temperature without hydrate formation and heat exchange tubes being disordered.
Besides that lower temperature of dehydrated gas dew point is achieved.
Features:
- With the use of air coolers having circulation wet gas temperature of 15°C is provided in winter (in commercial coolers 25 to 29°C);
- Heat exchange tubes disorder is eliminated;
- Complete automatic operation.
