TETRAHEDRAL STEEL TOWER

(the design of Melnikov Research Institute)

The tower is intended for the set of aerials on the definite height purpose and type vehicular communication, keep up their azimuthal and angular location with the determined stability in time, running of a waveguides and cables to aerials, ensure the access to the installed equipment.

Design:

The tower construction form is a right tetrahedral truncated pyramid with upper prismal section and lower support section with a foundation expansion. All the tower construct metalworks were carried out in accordance with this form as a space rod system with strakes on prism rib and braces in planes of faces. The middle pyramidal area row section has the strakes length 8 m (the section height is 8 m.). The possibility of using of separate "halfsection" with height 3992 is foreseen for the most upper section. The towers are equiped by tunnel ladders with transite landings, a load carring unit and places for aerial service.

 

 

ALUMINIUM MAST OF THE ARRAY TYPE MAR

Purpose:

Aluminium masts are intended for the aerials installation of the vehicular communication, the relay radio link communication along the main gas and oil pipelines and also is possible the installation of any other devices including searchlights. Mast height H min = 50m; H max = 50 m.

Exploitation place:

The masts are count on the load from the aerial weight 65,0 kg and the wind load 195 kg. H=H min + 5 x n where n = 1,2,3 ... 7.

Design:

The mast is array, aluminium of the three angular section, it consists of sections with length to 5.0 m connecting with each other by straps and bolts, is equipped by a ladder, transite landings and a place for assembly and service of the lift linkage equipment.

The mast is supplied by guy-rops, badplate and anchor units.

TETRAHEDRAL STEEL MASTS "SEVER" RELAY RADIO LINK

(with a tension members)

Purpose: these masts are intended for the installation aerials of any types.

Main Specifications:

The masts height: 72m, 84 m, 90 m, 120 m. H min = 72 m. H=H min + 6 x n where n = 1,2,3...8; H max = 120 m.

The Exploitation place: any wind and climatic and building conditions.

Design:

The mast broadband - channel is furnished by 6 meter length sections with a side of face (the base) 1350 mm. The using material; angular equip flange angles (steel 09Г2С). Bolts fasten all the sections and section parts including aerials. The ladders with enclosure are inside sections. The cable fixing strips are set along ladders. Quantity and cross-section of guy-ropes are determined depend on mast height and aerial load.

Mast mass: 72m - 14360 kg; 84m - 16150 kg; 90m - 19200 kg.

 

 

RELAY RADIO LINK STEEL TRIHEDRAL MASTS

(with a tension members); TU 5264-230-05772641-01

Purpose:

These masts are intended for the relay radio link communication along main gas and oil pipelines and in other field of economy. The mast can used as a stationary or inventorial communication unit. The mast is counted for the two persons load or load of VII-th area according to the snow cover weight with one aerial AB-1461 and at the same time with two any aerials with the total mass 100.0 kg. It is possible to set two parabolic aerials on the masts with the height to 45 m with a amplified upper section and additional tension members. The parabolic aerials can have the diameter to 1.8 m.

Main Specifications:

Mast height: H = 60 m. Other: H=H min + 5 x n where n = 1, 2, 3 ... 50.

Exploitation place:

The minimal environment temperature to - 60°C according wind speed force from 1 to VI depending from height, according to glass thickness III.

Design:

The masts broadband channel is furnished by trihedral 5-meter sections with the side 915 mm. The using material is steel of sheet group with the strength C-255 and C-345. The range of products from a sheet is produced on bending presses (angle, channel, trapezoid profile). All the sections and section parts including aerial are fastened by bolts. The ladders with enclosure are situated inside sections. The cable fixing strips are set along ladders. Quantity and cross-section of guy-ropes are determined depending from mast height and aerial load. The type section is 175 kg; the communicate section mass is 195 kg. The mast mass is from 1140 to 4440 kg. (Mass is without aerial).

The vertical block of communication device

 

Purpose:

The vertical block of communication device is intended for set of cable system communication devices.

Main Specifications:

- Clearance sizes, mm: Earths part: height 2700, headbander's diameter – 2000, width 2260;
- Underground part: height 2925, tank's diameter 2400; width 2670;
- Mass 3.1 t.

Design:

The vertical block of communication devices consists of two parts earth und underground parts equipment by the ventilation.

The earth part (headbander) is a vertical cylindrical case with wall's thickness 4 mm and a hole under the manhole of underground part. It is equipment: by wood floor, mounting loop for rising and lowering the equipment, place for the installation an oxygen cylinder, cable for the cables arrangement.

The underground part made as a steel vertical cylindrical case with an air space and wall's thickness 4 mm, encasing the manhole for warmth-keeping, cover and cable lead-in. The bottom of the lower part of an inside shell made as a funnel for the condensate collection. It equipped with metal grid floor with the central removal section, cable growths and clamping steps for cable laying and arrangement of cables.

 

 

APPARATUS BLOCK OF COMMUNICATION DEVICES

The block of communication devices is intended for the communication organisation for symmetrical cable main pipelines communications.

It is used during construction of main communication of the pipeline in the all climatical regions with outer air temperature to -40°C with usual climatic conditions with the exception regions with the eternally frozen state, seismic areas, mining industry and subsidence of ground.

In the underground part of the block communicative devices set 12 cable lead-in. They ensure the cable lead-in into the tank.

The block communicative devices made of two main parts: underground and earth ones connected with each other by bolts M16 and has also two ventilate tubes fastened to the underground part of the block communicative devices through flange connections.

The earth part (headbander) of the block communicative devices is a vertical cylindrical case with the diameter 2000 mm, with wall's thickness 4 mm and a hole under the manhole of the underground section.

The headbander ensures the inlet hatch the protection against mechanical and climatic influences. At the upper part of the headbander is an assembly loop for rising and lowering the equipment in the underground part of the block communicative devices on the exploitation place. For'cable place and lay-out the plastic box is foreseen. The inlet connection cables is carried out through inlet tubes from the underground part. The headband door is flat, its thickness is 4 mm, it is closed by an interior lock of the safe kind. The lock is a cross-bar. The door has one door-knob, it is inside of headbander.

The underground part of the block communicative devices made as two steel vertical tanks put in each other, the steel sheet is 4 mm thickness with cover up and down, with diameters 2400 and 2200 mm, the height correspondly 2880 and 2700 mm. The bottom of the inside tank made as a funnel for the condensate collection. For the equipment installation the cable place and lay-out are foreseen. There are also cable-growth and clampings steps in this equipment. Packing elements for the teleautomatics boards fixing, two hinge out tables and an universal framework are foreseen here. There are suspensions for the fixing of mobile lamp. The underground part duct entrance of the block communicative devices the hand-hole cover of the duct encased for warmth-keeping. There are special bolts in the hand-hole cover for the hand-hole fixing in its closed and opened positions.

 

 

UNSERVING REPEATER STATION

Purpose:

The unserving repeater station is intended for the installation of linear teleautomatics system apparatus.

Main specifications:

Headbander: length 3000; width 2500; height 2400 Thermocontainer: length 3100; outside diameter 2620; height 3040 Mass 6 t.

Design: unserving repeater station consists of earth and underground sections (the supply in assembly).

The earth section (headbander) is a steel rectangle two-layer case with the wall's thickness 1.5 mm and a hole for the underground section duct entrance.

The underground section made as a steel two-layer cylindrical case with air interlayer with the wall's thickness 4 mm, the duct entrance for the warmth-keeping, cover and cable lead-in We can see wood floor and support system for the apparatus installation.

The gas distribution station "Snezhet"

 

The gas distribution station is intended for the gas supply populated areas from main and trade gas pipelines, enterprises and other consumers according to the given quantities under definite pressure and necessary cleaning degree and odoration and also the gas expenditure calculation.

The gas distribution station is produced according the technical conditions 3647-240-05772641-01 coordinated with “Gosgortechnadzor” of Russia and carried out with exact conformity to all other norm-technical documentation.

The gas distribution station consists of a few block-boxes of the increased producing availability to service: technological block-box, auxiliary block-box, switch block-box and control block-box.

The capacity condensate collection block is intended for a periodical removal fluid and solid sediment from the filter-separator and discharge accumulated waste into a tank truck.

Purpose:

The living cabinet is intended for the cloths and shoes storage in industrial and living houses.

Shell-type heating boilers are intended for heating living, industrial and other constructions. Technological specifications of those boilers are situated on the level of the best technological specifications of analogous European manufactured articles. They are comfortable and are set on all the building sites, are of long exploitation duration and good security during their function, can use gas and fluid fuel. The automatic system use for the boilers function regulation depends on the workload ensures their safety and the work with a high economical effect. BLOCK BOILER-ROOMS

The boiler-rooms with two and more water heating shell-type boilers made by Open Joint Stock Company "Bryansk factory of metalworks technological equipment" (costumers can install also boilers of other manufacturers) are intended for heating living and industrial buildings. The boiler-rooms are situated in two or more containers with sizes ensuring the possibility to transport them by automobile or railway transport. Walls and laps of containers made of the layer "sandwich" panels made by company "Ventall". The floor is made of metal and has been encased for warmth keeping by the mineral rock wool on base of the basalt fiber.

Windows and doors do open outside, they are foreseen in the boiler-rooms. The windows are situated in upper parts and equipped by devices hindering from penetrating through them in the boiler-room or house. The warm power of boiler-rooms depends from their type and boilers quantity is from 350 kW to 20 mW. The fuel is the natural gas under middle or low pressure.

The boilers with burners working with fluid fuel or combined burners can be installed, if customer desires it. The modern effective heat boiler rooms or boiler houses scheme exclude the cold water get into boilers and ensure their no condensate working regime decreasing exploitation expenditures including fuel ones.

The smoke stack insert use for boiler-rooms with two boilers, or more united in one block for boiler-rooms or houses ensures their compact place on the area and also the optimal speeds of outlet of gases and the minimal condensate formation in tubes in the all boilers work regimes.

The automatic system use for the boilers work regimes regulation depending from their load ensures their safe and economical effect.
