Responsibility for the illegal use of the trademarks is provided in the Article 1515 of the Russian Federation Civil Code, Article 14.10 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations, Article 180 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as well as in international treaties and conventions. |
