Nikolai Stolyar

Head of the Automated Process Control Systems Department

Nikolai Stolyar was born on January 1, 1953 in the village of Chvyry, Lyakhovichi District, Brest Oblast.

Education

Nikolai Stolyar graduated from Kalinin Kiev Higher Military Engineering School of Communications getting specialty in Radio Communications, and the postgraduate school of Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics.

He has a PhD in Engineering.

Professional experience

1975–1999

Military service in the Armed Forces.

1999–2002

Engineer and subsequently Deputy Director at the Oil Transportation and Production Facilities Communications company, a branch of the Upper Volga Production and Technical Communications Directorate.

2002–2007

Director General, Gaztelecom.

Since 2007

Head of the Automated Process Control Systems Department of Gazprom.
