Yaroslav Golko was born on August 22, 1961 in the village of Volitsy, Nesterov District, Lvov Oblast.
Education
Yaroslav Golko graduated from Plekhanov Leningrad Mining Institute and the University of Marxism-Leninism under the Leningrad Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
He has a PhD in Economics.
